  The team at CARSTAR Gravenhurst are an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the first moment I called them until the day my car was fixed, they put me at ease and treated me like a valued client. They even had my car warmed up for me the morning I picked it up which was a very pleasant surprise being that it was 1°C.

  What a great group of people. I was in an accident and had "challenges" with the insurance company approving my repair even though I was 0% at fault and I brought my car to Carstar at their request. Everyone there was great at Carstar. I called everyday to find out if they had heard from the insurance company, they were reassuring and did not sound frustrated that I called everyday. I really liked the fact that they kept me informed as to what was happening as well as when they expected parts. I still haven't got my car back yet as they are waiting for a bumper but I really appreciate the time they have taken and the professionalism. I genuinely felt like they cared how inconvenienced I am through this ordeal
